Who is Wrenn Mangum? “Passionate” is one word---about music, about entertaining, about Elvis. Captivating crowds in both original bands and with his solo Rockabilly & Elvis shows, he’s been a local legend for years. Born in Richmond, Wrenn grew up on Rockabilly, 50’s & Elvis. His voice, stage presence, and charisma capture the essence of that era & of Elvis. Wrenn is flexible in that he does both a solo Rockabilly/50’s show (focusing on the greats like Elvis, Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly, etc.) as well as an Elvis specific show. From humility and humor all the way to romance & Rock & Roll rebellion, Wrenn pays tribute to that music & The King with an incredible energy that reminds us of why it was so cool to begin with.
